Herminia “Minnie” Donley is one of Hands on Housing’s wonderful homeowners! She and her late husband Manuel Donley have been in their home since the 1970’s. Manuel “Cowboy” Donley passed away five years ago and was a pioneer in the Tejano music scene. Mrs. Donley now spends her time with her grandchildren and enjoying her golden years. Her home is filled with pieces of memorabilia from her husband’s expansive career. Mrs. Donley and her family have done a lot of work on their home throughout the years. Hands on Housing is so grateful to have the opportunity to work with her to make her home safer, so she can maintain the memories she has there.
