Dr. Kazique Prince is a consulting psychologist, social impact strategist, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience helping organizations, communities, and leaders build trust, navigate conflict, and foster belonging across lines of difference. He is the Founder and CEO of Jelani Consulting LLC and the creator of Djembe: Inspiring Inclusive Connections, a dialogue-based platform and learning experience designed to strengthen psychological safety, communication, and collaboration in workplaces and communities.
Dr. Prince’s work sits at the intersection of behavioral science, leadership development, faith-informed ethics, and community-centered design. He has partnered with corporations, nonprofits, government agencies, and educational institutions to support culture transformation, executive coaching, and inclusive organizational strategy. His approach blends rigorous psychological insight with practical, human-centered tools that translate values into everyday behavior.
Rooted in the Christian (Baptist) tradition, Dr. Prince brings a faith-informed commitment to dignity, accountability, and social responsibility to his professional and civic work. He is a frequent writer and speaker on issues related to belonging, democracy, race, leadership, and moral courage, and he serves on multiple nonprofit and community advisory boards.
