I Came to Austin in November 2021.

I’m the Refugee Program ELI Coordinator.
Q: What is the most challenging thing about the work you do at iACT?
The challenging part of my job is not being able to help students with their other immigration issues, which would allow them to learn the language and continue their education with peace of mind.
Q: What is the most rewarding thing about the work you do at iACT?
The most rewarding part of my work at iACT is empowering refugees through English language education and support, helping them integrate into their new communities, and witnessing their growth and success.
Q: Why would you encourage others to support the work of iACT?
Supporting iACT is meaningful because it helps refugees build better lives. iACT provides hope, helps them integrate into their new communities, and makes a real difference in their future.
