What made you want to volunteer with iACT?
I’m a Psychology student, and I wanted to explore whether I want to work with kids. So it feels like it would be perfect to see if I connect with children the way I hope I do
What do you enjoy most about working with iACT?
I enjoy the challenge with every kid, and I love figuring out the best way for them to understand and stay engaged
What’s the most challenging thing about working with iACT that you experienced?
I think it will be the kids who really don’t want to do anything, participate, or even be there. It keeps me thinking about how I could help, but I can’t find a solution.
Why would you encourage others to perform similar volunteer work with iACT?
Because it is a chance to try something new, you don’t need teaching experience just patience and willingness to show up
